Man himself…..I know most people will say the devil is behind it but I say man. This is because God has given man the power to overcome evil….but we tend to succumb to our earthly desires. Mostly, before we do anything bad, our conscience speaks to us but we ignore it. This is because we haven’t trained our hearts and minds to fight against the flesh. We tend not to have foresight about the decisions we make. Most people refuse to think about the aftermath of whatever decision they make because they concentrate on satisfying their current desires wether good or evil……..I hope I have answered your question…..:)
